Aurrella ships Cash on Delivery to 200+ cities across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). A WhatsApp tracking link is sent on the day of dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To start a return, WhatsApp us at +92 300 0000000.

Eligible for return:

Item received in wrong size or colour
Item significantly different from the product description
Item arrived damaged or defective

Not eligible for return:

Items used, washed, or altered after delivery
Items missing original tags or packaging
Intimates and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds are processed as store credit or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Cash on Delivery

All orders on Aurrella are available for Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives — not before. No advance payment is ever required.

If you refuse a COD order without a valid reason (item as described, correct size, undamaged), future COD availability may be restricted on your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
