General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aurrella website and the purchase of products through it. Aurrella is operated from Lahore, Pakistan. By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You will be notified via WhatsApp if your order is cancelled.

Payment is collected Cash on Delivery at the time of receipt. You are not charged until your parcel is delivered and accepted. Refusing a COD delivery repeatedly without valid reason may result in being restricted from future COD orders.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor variations may occur.

User Conduct

You agree not to use Aurrella for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity when placing orders, or to submit fraudulent returns. Any abuse of our policies may result in your account being suspended.

Limitation of Liability

Aurrella's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by courier partners, or events outside our control.

For any disputes, please contact us on WhatsApp first. We resolve the vast majority of issues within 24 hours.
